Take A Stand Ministries Blog
We support the current Armed Forces and all who have ever served in uniform.
Welcome -- May 16, 2007

This ministry is dedicated to veterans, particularly Vietnam-era veterans, active service personnel, and their families.

They took no thought for their own lives, put themselves in harm's way to "answer the call", at great personal sacrifice as individuals and as the families of those who serve close to the point of the spear.

These soldiers and their families, both from the Vietnam-era and today's War on Terrorism, now find themselves battling with rage, depression, and diverse illnesses brought about by the very forces they battled while in service to our Country.  Their struggles often defy conventional treatment.

On their behalf we speak, pray, and "...stand in the gap..." (Ezekiel 22:30), calling for their deliverance and healing from curses spoken on them by the evil in men's hearts.   As the power of God is applied to their lives they -- and we -- are changed as Jesus Christ confirms His Word with "...signs following..." (Mark 16:17)  and delivers. We are here to snatch out of the fire those souls tormented by satan, (Jude 23) and watch as God restores lives through the resurrection power of His Son, Jesus Christ.

Welcome home to the USA.  We offer a heartfelt THANK YOU for your service.  Welcome home to the salvation and blessings of Jesus Christ.  And now, we invite you to share your thoughts with us and others on this blog.

Psalm 37:23The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, and He delights in his way.
24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; for the LORD upholds him with His hand.
God Bless you for your ministry, God Bless our troops and God Bless America.

I pray for our brave troops using Psalm 91. It is a wonderful passage for our military. We are in a great spiritual battle for the minds of people .
We need to raise up an army of Christ followers in this country . Christianity was never met to be a spectator sport. We need to put on the full armor of God.
God bless our troops.

Just heard your interview on WAEB. Very interesting insights into what is really going on over there. I pray every day for our troops.
